Leadership Isn't a Role You Step Into
Many people think leadership begins when they’re given authority, a title, or responsibility for others.
Some even say some people are born to lead. Yet in truth, anyone can lead, but there is a vast difference between good and great leadership.
Leadership shows up long before the job title arrives. It appears in how you respond under pressure, in how you treat people when things are uncertain and in the standards you hold for yourself when no one is watching.
We often look to others to develop our leadership skills, when in reality, only you know how to lead from your own heart.
Leadership isn’t something you step into. It’s something you live because it’s an inside job.
This is some of the thinking behind our LeaderSHIFT event.
