WE Connect was founded by Imran Abul Kashem, a serial entrepreneur and creative who believes in the power of community-led growth.
Through his work with the Westend brand ecosystem across Melbourne’s west, Imran saw a gap: while opportunities were expanding, meaningful spaces for connection and support were lacking.
WE Connect was created to fill that gap by bringing entrepreneurs together in an environment that values genuine relationships, wellbeing, and sustainable success over hustle culture.
Today, it stands as a space where ambition is nurtured, connections matter, and success is shared.
